The SF model is based on the one-pin operation principle of thermal connection, which can prevent electrical appliances from overheating and catching fire.It USES organic thermosensitive material inside a metal case and is capable of running a large current in a circuit

The SF type consists of a sliding contact, two springs and a metal housing within a hot particle.At room temperature, sliding contacts the top of the lead.The current flows through the sliding contact and the metal case to another wire, and the circuit is closed.When the ambient temperature reaches a critical point, the hot particles melt and the spring moves and slides into contact, resulting in the interruption of the current

Before operating

The SF type consists of sliding contacts, springs and hot particles within a metal housing.When spring B is compressed, A firm contact between lead A and the sliding contact occurs.At room temperature the current flows from wire A to the sliding contact and then through the metal shell to B.

After the operation

When the ambient temperature rises to temperature, the heat transferred through the metal shell melts the hot particles.As the hot particles melt, the springs A and B expand, removing the sliding contact from wire A.Open the circuit by disconnecting the contact between the sliding contact and wire A.
