Temperature fuse is also called fuse. It is a kind of electrical component installed in the circuit to ensure the safe operation of the circuit. Its function is: when the circuit breaks down or is abnormal, with the current rising constantly, and the rising current may damage some important or valuable devices in the circuit, or it may burn the circuit or even cause a fire. If the fuse is correctly placed in the transformer, when the temperature rises above the melting point of the fuse, the fuse will blow and the fuse will cut off the power supply automatically. So as to protect the safe operation of the circuit.

There are two kinds of temperature fuses commonly used in power transformer, one is disposable and the other is recoverable. The disposable temperature fuse has no recoverability, and can not be repeatedly connected after protection or action; the recoverable temperature fuse has recoverability characteristics, and can be repeatedly connected after the product reaches a certain temperature after protection or action.
